All our breads are baked in the traditional way according to old recipes from the northern parts of Sweden.  Our bread can be traced all the way back to the end of the 19th century.

We believe that the secret to a really good bread is patience. The fermentation should take place slowly and at a low temperature. The result is a tasty bread with character and long durability.  

Only high quality 
ingredients

We use the highest quality of Swedish grain.

The spices are ground by hand the same day the dough is set. This gives a tasty bread.  

We bake flatbread and biscuits in our own bakery.
